Description
The specimen is a lobulated cystic structure with some attached fat measuring 2.5 cm in maximum
diameter. It has the typical features of a ganglion cyst.
History
The cyst was removed from the right ankle of a 28-year old female who had noted a
fluctuant swelling for several months.
